Chris found a quiet, somewhat private corner booth in the restaurant so they could talk. They’d been there for twenty minutes before Kori had the nerve to ask him if he was a Dom.
She looked down at her omelet and picked at it with her fork. “Chris, are you in to some sort of lifestyle that I should know about?”
Chris grinned wickedly. “What sort of lifestyle do you think I’m in to?” He asked teasingly.
She shrugged. “You know…Dom/sub type stuff.” She whispered.
He sat back in his chair and studied her for a minute. “Do you want me to be? Or does it frighten you?”
Again, she shrugged. “I don’t know. Rory, my ex-husband, became interested in it when we’d only been married a little over three years.” She blushed having to discuss her sex life with Rory with Chris in such a public place. “At first, it was fun and exciting. But, then he grew abusive and cruel.” She looked up at him and saw he was listening very seriously, which surprised her. She thought he’d be holding back a laugh or something.
“I’m sorry.” He said. “Did he hurt you?”
She nodded. “He did. I went to the emergency room a few times.” She told him. “The first time, he’d dislocated my shoulder accidentally. Another time…” a lump formed in her throat and she couldn’t bring herself to tell him about the second time. She took a deep breath and shook her head. “The last time, he cracked a rib with a cane. That’s when I left.”
Chris sighed heavily. “Kori…it’s not supposed to be like that. It’s really more about giving pleasure than anything else.”
She looked up at him skittishly. “So, you are a Dom?”
He nodded. “I am. But, I have never hurt anyone. And, I would never hurt you.”
“How long have you been a Dom?”
He sighed and looked up in thought. “I guess about eight or nine years.”
Kori wondered how many subs he had and if she really wanted to know the answer. She felt a strange pang of jealousy just imagining him with other women.
Chris leaned forward and took her hand in his. “Kori, I won’t do anything you don’t want me to. There are strict rules that I will follow. You will have control over what I can and can’t do. You make the rules. I approve them.”
“And, if you don’t approve of my rules?” She asked.
He shrugged. “We have to find a compromise or it will never work.”
“Why do you want to do this?” She asked curiously.
Chris sighed. “I like being in control.”
“But, you said that I would really have all the control.” She said confused.
He nodded. “Yes. In the contract, you have the most control. But, when we play…I am in control.
About the Author
I, Chasity Breeze, am what most people would call outgoing and friendly. A social butterfly? Not really, but I do love to collect friends of all kinds. At the same time, I do like my privacy and a lot of it. In the normal world, people see me as a sweet, innocent and never naughty little house wife and mother. But, people who really know me, know better.
I am married to the most wonderful and sexiest man alive. Brock and I have been married a few years, but we don’t like to count them. Counting just makes you feel old. We like to think we’re still somewhat close to newlyweds. Dating is one of our favorite things to share. Brock never ceases to amaze me with romantic surprises and secret interludes.
We live just West of Fort Worth in Texas, cattle country. We are excited about our future and many more wonderful, but naughty, years together. Brock and I share a love for erotic books and we have our favorite authors to thank for inspiring me to write about our own adventures. Brock is my strong foundation and keeps me going in the right direction, which is a full time job for him. With him by my side, I feel I can do anything.
I started my writing adventure in October, 2012. My writing is in its infancy and I hope to improve it with time. My love for reading has always had me dreaming of becoming a writer, so, here I am…I’ve written a few short stories and I’m always working on another.
When I’m not writing, I am a domestic goddess and the best mom in the world, or so I’ve been told. I love to be with my family, whether it be going on a fun-filled vacation, or just sitting at home, all of us curled on the couch watching movies. I love to be outside in the fresh air, so I sometimes take my dog for a stroll in the park or down the main street in our small hick Texas town, just to get out of the house.
I hope you’ve enjoyed this short story and will read more of my work. Reviews are always welcome.
Remember…a good book can put a smile on your face. A great book can change your outlook on life.
